You can restore messages from the Search Results tab. However, if your search returns several pages of results, you can select the messages that you want to restore on the Search Results tab and move them to the list on the Selected Items tab to make it easier to manage the restore process. After you move the appropriate messages to the Selected Items tab, you can restore them one at a time or several at once.
Procedure

On the Search Results tab of the Find Options window, select one or more items.

Right-click one of the selected messages, and then click Add to Selected List.

Click the Selected Items tab.

Select one message or several messages.

Do either of the following:

To restore only the selected messages, right-click a selected message in the list, and then click Restore.

To restore all of the messages on the list, click Recover All Selected.

To restore all of the messages across multiple pages, click Recover All Matching. For this option, you do not have to select any messages.
