Setting the OSDP Destination Volume Size

The Open Systems Data Protection (OSDP) feature creates a thin provisioned volume on the selected aggregate. The size of the thin provisioned volume is the same as the aggregate volume. If the aggregate volume exceeds the maximum volume size supported by the NetApp filer hardware, then use the following additional setting to set the thin provisioned volume size.

Procedure

  • To the client computer, add the additional setting as shown in the following table.
