Setting the Phase Retry Interval

You can set the amount of time the Job Manager waits before retrying a job when a phase is unable to start. The default phase retry interval is 10 minutes for all jobs types.

1. From the CommCell Console ribbon, click the Home tab, and then click Control Panel.

2. Under Data, click Job Management.

3. In the Job Management dialog box, click the Job Restarts tab.

4. In the Start Phase Retry Interval (Mins) box, type or select the phase retry interval.

5. Click OK.
