You can configure a limit on backup data for end users.
When users exceed the quota limit, they can no longer perform backup operations.
Procedure

In the CommCell Browser, expand Security > CommCell User Groups.
The CommCell User Groups tab appears.

Right-click the group name, and then click Properties.
The User Group Properties dialog box appears

Select Enforce File System Quota.

To specify the amount of backup data that end users can create, in the Disable data protection when quota usage exceeds box, enter a quota amount.

Click OK.
