Setting Up an Instance

You can set up an instance in Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR.

Before You Begin

• Acquire an access token.

Procedure

1. Go to the XSOAR Marketplace.

2. From the Integrations tab of the Settings page, click Add Instance.

   The XXX dialog box appears.

3. Under Instance Settings, enter the name of the instance in the Name field.

4. Select Fetches incidents or Do not fetch.

5. In the Base URL field, enter the URL for your Commvault site.

6. In the Token field, enter the access token.

7. In the Incidents Fetch Interval section, enter how often you want the system to run use cases.

8. To test if XSOAR can execute use cases, click the Test button.

   A message appears in the dialog box, indicating whether the test was successful or unsuccessful.

9. Click Save & exit.
