Use this dialog box to auto discover the user accounts.
Options that appear in this dialog box depend if you are viewing the subclient properties of a default subclient or a user-defined subclient.
For a default subclient
Automatically add new mailboxes that do not qualify for membership in any of the subclients
Select this check box if you do not want to overwrite old user accounts in a subclient after discovering new user accounts.
For a user-defined subclient
Options that appear in the dialog box depend on the method that you selected while enabling the auto discovery of user accounts at the instance level.

Display Names Match below regular expressions Displays the added regular expressions and wildcard patterns. Add Display Name Matches below regular expressions Type a regular expression or wildcard pattern to specify that newly discovered user account display names matching that pattern during auto-discovery will be assigned to this subclient. Add Click to add the typed regular expressions. Remove Click to remove the selected regular expression. |
Configure Click to discover and add Google sub organization. Google Group Displays the added Google sub organizations. |
