Subclient Properties (Customized Messages)

Use this dialog box to change the default notification message content for the selected subclient.

Mailbox near storage quota message

This is the message sent when the mailbox crosses its warning threshold.

• Subject

  The text that the subject line of the warning email message will contain.

• Body

  The text that the body of the warning email message will contain.

Mailbox over storage quota message

This is the message sent when the mailbox crosses its warning threshold.

• Subject

  The text that the subject line of the alert email message will contain.

• Body

  The text that the body of the email message will contain.

Content Supported in the Body

The body of each message supports these fields:

• UserMailbox inserts the recipient's mailbox name.

• SubclientQuota inserts the backup storage quota (limit) that applies to the mailbox.

• CurrentUsage inserts the amount of backup storage currently being used to back up the mailbox.

• Percent inserts the percentage of the quota that is currently being consumed to back up the mailbox.

• ServiceAccountMailbox inserts the account name from which the warning email is being sent.
