System Requirements for OSDP 7-Mode

The OSDP feature is deprecated from the Commvault software in V11 SP15.

Verify that the following system requirements are ready for the OSDP 7-Mode feature:

Note: One single installation of OSDP 7-Mode is supported.

  • The port 10000 must be accessible on the source client. The NDMPListener process uses port 10000 to interact with OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM).

  • The port 10566 must be accessible. OSDP 7-Mode jobs use this port to transfer data to the destination computer.
