To stop using the multisite IntelliSnap for NetApp arrays, you need to first resolve conflicts between arrays that have duplicated IPs, and then turn the feature off.
Procedure

Using reports in Command Center, verify if there are conflicting arrays. See Multisite Conflicting Array Information Report.

Using Array Management in the Commvault software, delete the conflicting array from the CommServe database. See Deleting a Storage Array Using Array Management.

In the Media Management parameter settings, set the Enable MultiSite support for IntelliSnap parameter to 0. See Media Management Configuration Parameters.
