Perform the following steps to unmount snapshots:

From the CommCell Browser, navigate to Client Computers > virtualization_client > Virtual Server > backup_set.

Right-click the subclient and click List Snapshots.

Right-click the snapshot to unmount and click Unmount.

Click Yes when prompted if you want to continue.

If the snapshot is not unmounted, select Force Unmount to mark the snapshot as unmounted.
