You can specify the time zone for a VSA subclient and use the subclient time zone for scheduled jobs.
Applies to: All VSA hypervisors.
The option can be configured only from the CommCell Console.
Before You Begin
Ensure that the schedule or schedule policy is set to use the client time zone:

When creating a schedule for a backup operation manually, go to Schedules > Schedule Pattern > Options, and select Client Time Zone.

For backup operations that are initiated from a schedule policy, go to schedule_policy > scheduled_task > Schedule Pattern > Options, and select Client Time Zone.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers > client > Virtual Server > instance > backup_set.

Right-click the subclient, and then click Properties.

On the General tab, under Time Information, select Override.

From the Time Zone list, select the local time zone for the subclient.

Click OK.
