Viewing the Download History for a CommCell Environment

All users (including Cloud CommCell role managers) who have access to the CommCell Environment can view the download history of the DR backup SET folders.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal, and then click CommCell Dashboard.

   The Worldwide Dashboard page appears.

2. Click CommCells in the left navigation.

   The CommCells page appears.

3. Click the CommCell for which you want to view the DR backup SET folder.

   The CommCell Dashboard appears.

4. In the Support & Services area, click the DR backup timestamp.

   The DR Backups page appears.

5. Click the company name in the breadcrumb navigation.

   The company page appears with the list of CommCell environments associated with the company.

6. For the CommCell environment that you want to, in the Actions column, click the action button , and then click Download history.

   The DR Backup Download History report appears that displays the download history of the DR backup SET folders.
