Viewing the File Security Dashboard

Does not apply to: Object storage

You can view the access permissions for files and folders on one server or on multiple servers.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Comply > Risk Analysis.

2. Click File storage optimization.

   The File storage optimization page appears.

3. In the Dashboards section, click File security.

   The File security page appears.

4. From the server list, select the server that you want to analyze, and then click OK:

   • If the server is a full scan server, the File security dashboard appears.

   • If the server is a quick scan server, the Incompatible scan type dialog box appears. You have the option to convert from a quick scan to a full scan.

     Caution

     Full scans cannot be converted back to quick scans.
