Add an HBase Subclient for Hadoop

You can create an HBase subclient for data that has different backup requirements.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Big data.

   The Apps page appears.

2. Click the cluster to add an HBase subclient to.

   The cluster page appears.

3. Under Hadoop Apps, click HBase.

   The HBase app page appears.

4. Under Subclients, on the right of the page, click Add subclient.

   The Add subclient page appears.

5. In the Name box, type a name for the subclient.

6. To select tables for the subclient, click on the folder icon next to the Table box.

7. In the Add subclient content popup window, click Add, and then click Browse.

8. In the Add content popup window, select the namespaces and/or tables.

9. Click Save.

10. Click Save inside the Add subclient content popup window.

11. From the Plan list, select the backup plan to use for the cluster.

12. Click Save.
