To perform IntelliSnap backups at the CommCell level, configure an array for each MongoDB Atlas Organization API Key and add the sMongoDBAtlasArray additional setting to the access node. Commvault software associates the MongoDB Atlas snapshot with the array entity.
In a multi-tenant environment, configure a separate array and an access node for each company or tenant and add the sMongoDBAtlasArray additional setting to each access node.
Before You Begin
You need the following information from the MongoDB Atlas portal:

Organization ID
-
API key
Start the Configuration Wizard

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Infrastructure.
The Infrastructure page appears.

Click the Arrays tile.
The Arrays page appears.

In the upper-right area of the page, click Add.
The General page of the Add Snap Array configuration wizard appears.

From the Snap vendor list, select MongoDB Atlas.

In the Array name box, enter the array name.
For example, enter the name in the following format: <Commvault Atlas cloud account>_<Atlas org ID>.

In Organization ID box, enter the organization ID.

To connect to the MongoDB Atlas cloud account, do one of the following:

Move the Use saved credentials toggle key to the right, and then from the Saved credentials list, select the credential.
To create a new credential for MongoDB Atlas, do the following:

Next to the Saved credentials list, click +.
The Add Credential dialog box appears.

In the Credential name box, enter the name of the credential.

In the Public Key and Private Key boxes, enter the API key information.

Click Save.

In the Public Key and Private Key boxes, enter the API key information.

Click Next.
The Array Access Nodes page of the configuration wizard appears.

From the Available MediaAgents list, select an access node to use for the array.

Click Submit.
