To manage snapshots from different subscriptions, add a Microsoft Azure snapshot storage to the CommServe database.
Start the Configuration Wizard

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Infrastructure.
The Infrastructure page appears.

Click Arrays.

On the Arrays page, click Add.
The General page of the Add Snap Array configuration wizard appears.

From the Snap vendor list, select Microsoft Azure.

In the Array name box, enter the name for the snapshot storage.

In the Subscription ID box, type the Azure subscription details.

In the Description box, enter the description for the snapshot storage.

For credentials, do one of the following:

From the Saved credentials list, select the existing credentials or add new credentials you want to use.

To add new credentials, click Create new
.The Add credential dialog box appears. The Account type, Vendor type, Authentication Type, and credential vault will be auto-populated.

In the Credential name box, enter a name for the credential.

In the Application ID box, enter the client ID for your application.

In the Tenant ID box, enter the tenant ID for your application.

In the Application secret box, enter you app secret.

In the Description box, enter the description for the credential.

Click Save.

Click Next.
The Array Access Nodes page of the configuration wizard appears.

From the Available MediaAgents list, select a MediaAgent that is a Microsoft Azure VM and with contributor role, and then click OK.
- To select all the available MediaAgents as access nodes, click Select All.

To disable pruning, move the Pruning toggle button of the respective access node to the left.

To rearrange the selected access nodes, drag them upwards or downwards as required.

Click Submit.
