Adding Trial and Paid Subscriptions to Services to a Tenant Account

You can add trial and paid subscriptions to Commvault Cloud services on an active tenant account.

Procedure

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Managed Accounts.

    The Managed Accounts page appears.

  2. In the Customer Account column of the account table, click the account name (or click the action button action_button, and then click View details.)

    The account page appears.

  3. Click the Services tab.

    All Subscribed services and Available services for the account appear in separate tables.

  4. In the Available services table, click the + Add button for the service you want to add to the account.

    An add service dialog box appears.

  5. Select the type of subscription (Paid or Trial) for the service.

    IMPORTANT

    A trial subscription lasts 14 days and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

  6. Click Add subscription.
