Adding a Location to a Region

You can add or remove locations from a region or change the region name by editing the region.

Before You Begin

• Enable active management of relevant service CommCells.

Procedure

1. From the Global Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Config blueprint > Regions.

The Regions page appears.

1. Click the region that you want to edit.

   The region page appears.

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Add locations.

   The Edit region dialog box appears.

3. In the Location box, click the [State, Country] placeholder, and then add a location.

   Tip

   As you type, a list of matching locations appears. From the list, click the location name to add it to the region. You can add multiple locations to the region.

4. Click Save.
