Adding an ObjectStore Repository in the Download Center

You can create an ObjectStore repository in the Download Center.

Before You Begin

• You must configure an ObjectStore in your CommCell environment. For more information, see Configuring an ObjectStore.

• You must have the URL of the Web Server that is associated with the ObjectStore. A Web Server is configured along with the ObjectStore.

• You must have the credentials of a user who is assigned permissions to manage data in the ObjectStore. You created this user account when you configured the ObjectStore.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Advanced.

2. Click Download Center.

   The Repositories page appears.

3. Click Add Repository.

   The Add repository page appears.

4. In the Repository name field, enter a name for the ObjectStore repository.

5. From the Type of repository list, select Commvault Object Store.

6. In the Web Console URL field, enter the URL for the Command Center.

7. In the Username field, enter the username of the user account that has access to the Command Center.

8. In the Password, enter the password for the user account.

9. Click Validate.

10. Click Add.
