Assigning a Hypervisor to a Company

If your Commvault environment includes companies (which are set up at Companies), you can assign a hypervisor to a company or change the assigned company.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Virtual machines.

   The Overview page appears.

2. On the Hypervisors tab, click the hypervisor.

   The hypervisor page appears.

3. On the Overview tab, in the General section, for Company, click the edit button .

   The Edit company dialog box appears.

4. Select the company to assign the hypervisor to.

5. Click Preview.

   The Affected servers list dialog box appears.

6. To accept the change, click Yes.
