Assigning a Primary Account Manager to Your Commvault Account

You can assign a primary account manager to your Commvault account.

Note

  • Each Commvault account can have only one primary account manager. The primary account manager receives all billing-related correspondence.
  • The user account that was used to sign up for a subscription or trial service is initially assigned as the primary account manager.

Procedure

  1. From the Account Management screen, click User management.

    The User Management screen appears, showing current account managers for your Commvault account.

    Note

    The current primary account manager is indicated by a blue badge primary_user.

  2. For the user you want to assign as primary account manager, click the action button vertical more button and then click Assign primary user.
