Assigning a User or a User Group to a Workflow

You can assign a user or a user group to the workflow. By default, the user who created the workflow and the CommCell administrator can perform actions, such as edit, delete, execute, and change workflow job status.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Integration > Developer tools.

    The Developer tools page appears.

  2. Click the Workflows tile.

    The Workflows page appears.

  3. In the row for the workflow that you want to assign a user and a user group, click the action button actions button***use the other one ->86655***, and then click Security.

    The Security dialog box appears.

  4. In the Enter users, user groups box, enter the name of the user or the user group.

  5. From the Select a role list, select the role to assign to the user or the user group, and then click Add.

  6. Click Save.
