Associating Users with a CommServe Server

If you want to add another user to a CommServe server, or you want to register an additional CommServe server to a cloud user account, then use the CommCell Registration form on Cloud Services.

Before You Begin

Login to Cloud Service website using Commvault support credentials.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Cloud Services Portal.

  2. Click Member Login and enter your cloud user account credentials.

  3. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Workflows.

    The Forms page appears.

  4. Click Link my account to a commserver.

    The Link my account to a commserver dialog box appears.

  5. Type the identifying information for the CommServe server in the boxes:

    • CommCell ID in HEX

    • Registration Code

    • Serial Number

    • CommCell IP Address

  6. Click OK.
