Back up an Atlassian Jira space group on demand

You can back up an Atlassian Jira space group on demand.

For backup failures, see KB article 89716.

To back up a space group, follow these steps:

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > DevOps.

   The Overview page appears.

2. Click the Devops tab.

3. On the Atlassian Jira tab, click the DevOps app.

   The DevOps app page appears.

4. In the upper-right, click Backup.

   The Select backup level dialog box appears.

5. For Backup level, select the backup type:

   • Full

   • Incremental

   • Synthetic Full

6. Click OK.
