Checking Readiness Of The Service Commcell

You can check readiness of the service CommCell to view its connection status to the Global CommCell.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.

   The Service CommCells page appears.

2. In the row for the service CommCell that you want to check readiness, click the action button , and then select Check readiness.

3. In the Check readiness dialog box that appears, view the status of the service CommCell connection to the Global CommCell.

4. Click OK.
