Closing a Case in Case Manager

When you don't need to collect data for a case anymore, you can close the case. You can't edit a closed case, but users can still view, search, and export case data.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Comply > eDiscovery & Compliance.

  2. Click Case manager.

    The Case manager page appears.

  3. In the row for the case that you want to delete, click the action button action_button, and then click Close case.

    A message prompts you to confirm that you want to close the case.

  4. Click Yes.
