Configuration for GaussDB (DWS)

You need to perform the following configurations before backing up or restoring the GaussDB (DWS):

• Create a GaussDB database client.

• On the Roach client, create a symbolic link to Commvault Backup services API (XBSA) interface library for backup operations.

  Example:

  su - roach administrator user

  roach installation directory/lib

  ln -s commvault installation directory/Base64/libCvXbsa.so ./libxbsa64.so
