Configure Email Settings in the Command Center for Azure Communication Service

Configure Azure Communication Service (ACS) email settings to enable the Command Center to send email notifications and system-generated messages through Azure infrastructure.

You can configure authentication by using either a Microsoft Entra application credential or an Azure Communication Services access key. Use Microsoft Entra application authentication for improved security and centralized credential management and access key authentication for simpler configurations or testing environments.
