You can configure a Google Cloud database for MySQL Access Node.
Procedure

On the Configure access nodes page, beside Access node field, click +.

On the Add a new Access node dialog box, do the following:

From the Deployment type list, select deployment type that matches your Google Cloud environment and connectivity requirements.

From the Platform list, select a operating system on which the access node runs.

In the Instance name box, enter an unique name of the instance.

In the Project ID box, enter the Google Cloud project ID where the access node virtual machine is deployed.

In the Zone box, enter the Google Cloud zone where the access node virtual machine is deployed.

In the Subnet URL box, enter the full resource path of the subnet that the access node uses.

In the VPC network URL box, enter the full resource path of the Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) network where the access node is deployed.

Move the External IP toggle to right to use use reserved static IP address.

Move the Is CommServe behind a firewall? toggle key to right, and do the following:

In the Proxy host name box, enter a correct domain name or IP address.

In the Proxy client name box, enter the name of the proxy client.

In the Proxy port box, enter the network port that the access node uses to communicate with the proxy client.
