Configuring High Availability Download Center

You can configure high availability Download Center to provide uninterrupted and reliable access to packages.

Procedure

Allow multiple web servers to host index servers with the Download Center:
1. At the command prompt, go <software installation directory>\Base, and log on to the CommServe computer using the qlogin command.
2. Run the following commands:
```
qoperation execscript -sn SetKeyIntoGlobalParamTbl.sql -si 
DOWNLOAD_CENTER_INDEX_SERVER_CLIENTID -si n
```
3. Restart the IIS services on the web server that you want to make high availability.
Go to the Download Center and create a package using the Web Console that is pointed to the high availability web server.
Allow the Download Center to automatically failover to the web servers that you can specify by adding the HighAvailableDownloadCenterWebServers entity setting as follows:

Value	Enter the client names of the web servers, separated by a comma.
Comment	A comment about the entity setting.
