You can configure an IP allowlist at the company level to control which IP addresses can access the Commvault MSP Portal. By default, all IP addresses can access the Commvault MSP Portal.
Procedure

From the Commvault MSP Portal, at the top of the page, click Manage All Accounts.
The Command Center appears.

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.
The Companies page appears.

Click the company.
The company page appears.

On the Overview tab, in the IP allowlist section, move the Enable toggle key to the right, and then click the Edit button
.The Edit IP allowlist dialog box appears.

Enter the IP addresses or CIDR range. You can enter the IP address in IPv4 or IPv6 format.
Examples:
- IPv4 format: 10.0.0.1
- Single IPv6 format: 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334
- IPv4 CIDR range: 1.1.1.0/24
- IPV6 CIDR range: 2001:0db8:85a3::/64
- IPv4 range: 1.1.1.0 – 1.1.1.25
- IPv6 range: 2001:db8::1 - 2001:db8::ffff

Click the Add button
. The IP address appears in the Allowed IPs table.

Click Save.
