Configuring the IP Allowlist at the Company Level

You can configure the IP allowlist at the Company level. This allows you to control which company users can access the Command Center. By default, all IP addresses can access the Command Center.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.

    The Companies page appears.

  2. Click the company.

    The company details page appears.

  3. In the IP allowlist section, click the Edit button edit button outline grey/gray pencil.

The Edit IP allowlist dialog box appears.

  4. In the box, enter the IP addresses or CIDR range. You can enter the IP address in IPv4 or IPv6 format.

    Examples:

    • IPv4 format: 10.0.0.1
    • Single IPv6 format: 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334

  5. After entering the IP address, click the Add button add/plus button - gray - no border.
