Configuring MSP Billing for Cloud Metrics Reports in the Command Center

For Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, you can configure billing information to appear in Metrics reports. Only MSP customers who use the utility billing model should select the billing option.

The collected data appears in Metrics reports on the Cloud Services Portal.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Command Center.

2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Global.

3. Click the Metrics reporting tile.

   The Reports page appears.

4. In the Cloud metrics reporting area, click Actions > Settings.

   The Cloud metrics reporting dialog box appears.

5. Under Data collection type, select Detailed Billing.

6. Click Save.
