Configuring MSP Billing for Private Metrics Reports in the Command Center

For Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, you can configure billing information to appear in Metrics reports. Only MSP customers who use the utility billing model should select the billing option.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Command Center.

2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Global.

3. Click the Metrics reporting tile.

   The Reports page appears.

4. Beside Remote private metrics reporting, click Actions > Settings.

   The Remote private metrics reporting dialog box appears.

5. Under Data collection type, select Detailed Billing.

6. Click Save.
