You can create a role.
Before You Begin
You must be the service CommCell tenant administrator or a part of the master user group on the service CommCell.
Note
Users and user groups of a company are not allowed to associate with a role that grants permissions to the CommCell or to all servers.
Procedure

From the Global Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Config blueprint > Security.

CLick the Roles tile.
The Roles page appears.

In the upper-right area of the page, click Add role.
The Add role page appears.

Enter a Name for the new role (for example, Backup Admin).

Select the permissions you want to assign to the role.

To enable the role immediately, select Enable role.

Click Add.
