If you are an Aggregator MSP, you can create a sub-MSP account on the Commvault MSP Portal.
Procedure

From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Sub-MSPs.
The Sub-MSPs page appears.

Click the New Sub-MSP button.
The Create New Sub-MSP page appears.

Enter the sub-MSP's company name, website, address, and service adminstrator details in the appropriate fields.

Click the Create button.
The service administrator assigned to the sub-MSP will receive an email with temporary login credentials, as well as instructions for resetting the password and accessing the Commvault MSP Portal.
Note
Since sub-MSPs have different permissions than MSPs and Aggregator MSPs, their access to certain functionalities and features within the Commvault MSP Portal will be limited.
