Creating Views

Create a view to display only the fields that you want to see.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, click an entity. For example, click Monitor > Jobs.

    The Jobs page appears.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the List Setting button (table_column_filtering_control), and then click Create view.

    The Create view dialog box appears.

  3. On the Save view as text box, type a name for the view.

    Optional: To set this view as default, click the Set as default box.

  4. To define a rule for the view, click Add Rule.

    Optional: If you want to add more rules to the view, click the Add Rule button.

  5. Click the Save button.

Result

In the upper-left of the page, next to the page title, click the down arrow to see the view that you have just created.
