Customizing Solutions for User Groups

The tenant administrators can customize the list of solutions that are available for a user in the user groups associated with a company.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Account > Security.

    The Security page appears.

  2. Click the User groups tile.

    The User groups page appears.

  3. Click the user group name for which you want to modify the supported solutions.

  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Action button > Supported services.

    The Edit supported services dialog box appears.

  5. From the list of solutions, select File server, Virtualization, and Database.

    You can also select additional solutions such as Data Insight and so on.

  6. Click Save.

Result

When a user associated with the user group logs in for the first time, the user can go to the Service catalog and configure the available services.
