Data Source Dashboard

The Data Source dashboard shows general information regarding the data source in a project.

Procedure

To access the dashboard, do the following:

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Comply > Risk Analysis.
Click Sensitive data governance.

The Overview page appears.
Click the Projects tab.

A list of all projects appears.
Click a project name.

Click the Data Sources tab.

A list of all data sources in the project appears.
Click a data source.

The Overview tab appears, showing the Data Source dashboard.

The dashboard contains information specific to the type of data source.

Note

You can click a segment or bar in a chart to drill down and update all charts based on the selected subset of data.
To download the chart as a .png file, click the download button in the upper right of the chart.

Name	Description
Total Files	The total number of files crawled in the data source.
Analyzed Files	The total number of files in the data source that were analyzed by the system.
Sensitive Files	The number of files that contain one or more sensitive entities.
Total Size	The total size of the data in the data source.
Sensitivity	The distribution of the number of files by the level of sensitive entities that they contain.
Files By Entity	The distribution of files by the type of personally identifiable information (PII) in the files.
File Vulnerability	The distribution of the number of files by the level of vulnerability.
Users	The identity of the users in the data source.
Modified Time	Displays how long ago (measured in years) files were modified.
Created Time	Displays how old files are (measured in years).
Sensitivity by Location	A map highlighting the geographic locations of the servers where the files are located. Larger circles on the map indicate that a larger number of servers are located there relative to other locations. To zoom in and out of the map, hover over the map with your mouse and then use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out.

Total Emails	The total number of emails crawled in the data source.
Analyzed Emails	The total number of emails in the data source that were analyzed by the system.
Sensitive Emails	The number of emails that contain one or more sensitive entities.
Mailboxes (tile)	The total number of mailboxs in the data source.
Sensitivity	The distribution of the number of emails by the level of sensitive entities that they contain.
Emails By Entity	The distribution of emails by the type of personally identifiable information (PII) in the files.
Mailboxes (chart)	The names of the mailboxes that contain PII.
Top Senders	The identity of the users who sent email messages that contain PII.
Top Receivers	The identity of the users who received email messages that contain PII.
Attachments	The number of sensitive email messages that have an attachment, and the number of sensitive email message that do not have an attachment.
Sensitivity by Location	A map highlighting the geographic locations of the servers where the emails are located. Larger circles on the map indicate that a larger number of servers are located there relative to other locations. To zoom in and out of the map, hover over the map with your mouse and then use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
