Data Source Review Tab

The data source Review tab shows information related to the metadata in the data source.

Procedure

To access the tab, do the following:

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Comply > Risk Analysis.
Click Sensitive data governance.

The Overview page appears.
Click the Projects tab.

A list of all projects appears.
Click a project name.

The Overview tab appears, showing the project dashboard.
Click the Data Sources tab.

A list of all data sources in the project appears.
Click a data source.

The Overview tab appears, showing the Data Source dashboard.
Click the Review tab.

You can perform the following actions in the tab:

Search for specific files or email messages.	Above the table, in the search box, type the keyword. To search by using a query or to search by entity, click Advanced search.
Export the list in the review dashboard to a CSV file.	In the upper-right area of the page, click Save as csv.
Preview a file or an email message.	Click the name of the file or the email message. A preview of the object appears. The preview includes information about any PII discovered in the object.

A preview of the object appears. The preview includes information about any PII discovered in the object.

The information in the data source review report depends on the type of data source.

Name	Description
Name	The name of the file.
File path	The path to the file on the server.
Created time	The time period (measured in years) when the file was created.
Modified time	The time period (measured in years) when the file was last modified.
Sensitivity	A tool to investigate the values and specific instances of PII discovered in the data source. Information is organized by the degree of sensitivity and the type entity found.

Name	Description
Subject	The subject of the email message.
From	The user who sent the email message.
To	The user who received the email message.
Mailbox	The name of the mailbox.
Received time	The time the email message was received.
Sensitivity	A tool to investigate the values and specific instances of PII discovered in the data source. Information is organized by the degree of sensitivity and the type entity found.
Folder	Sets parameters for the name of the folder that contains emails.
Size	Sets parameters for the size of the folder that contains emails.
