Data Views for the Power Platform Backup Health Report

The Power Platform Backup Health report displays information about the backup status of workspaces on each client in the environment.

Filters

PowerPlatform Clients: To view information only for specific clients, click this button, and then select one or more clients.
Client Groups: To view information only for specific client groups, click this button, and then select one or more client groups.
Time Frame: To view information for a specific time range, click this button, and then select one of the time options. By default, Last 3 Days is selected.
Options:
- Show backup disabled clients:To view information for all the clients including those whose backup activity is disabled, license is released, are excluded from SLA (Service Level Agreement), or have the tenant deactivated or disabled, click Options, and then click this button.
- Show all workspaces: To view the backup status for all associated workspaces, click Options, and then click this button.

Associated Workspaces: The number of unique workspaces associated with all the clients.
Workspaces Backed-up: The number of unique workspaces that were backed up recently.
Workspaces Not Backed-up: The number of unique workspaces that were not backed up recently.
Workspaces Backed-up (at least once): The number of unique workspaces that were backed up at least one time.
Workspaces Never Backed-up: The number of unique workspaces that were never backed up.
Workspaces Recently Added: The number of unique workspaces that were added in the last seven days.
Workspace Needs Attention: The number of unique workspaces that have been associated with a client for at least seven days and were never backed up.
Index Needs Attention: The number of clients whose last playback time is older than the selected time range.

The Power BI Clients table displays information about each client and the status of its associated workspaces.

Column	Description
Client Name	The name of the client that the workspaces are on.
Associated Workspaces	The number of unique workspaces that are on the client.
Workspaces Backed-up	The number of unique workspaces on the client that were backed up recently.
Workspaces Not Backed-up	The number of unique workspaces on the client that were not backed up recently.
Workspaces Never Backed-up	The number of unique workspaces on the client that were never backed up.

The Workspaces Not Backed-up table displays information about the workspaces that have not been backed up recently.

Column	Description
Name	The name of the workspace.
Instance	The instance for the workspace that was not backed up recently.
Last Backup	The date and time of the last backup that ran for the workspace.
Backup Status	The status of the last backup job that ran for the workspace.
Failure Reason	The reason that the most recent backup failed.
Backup Size	The size of the data that was included in the last backup job.
Number of Items	The number of items backed up in the workspace.
