Data Views for Vault Tracking

The Vault Tracking report includes a table that display information about media that is managed by the Vault Tracker feature.

You can further customize the report by using the following tabs and filter options:

Tabs	Description
Reconciliation (Pending Actions)	Displays the list of media that is pending action. Filter Options: Additional Options Exclude Recalled Media in Library Return to any Library Show Hidden Libraries Source Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Source Location Destination Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Destination Location Tracking Policies
Due back for reuse	Displays the list of media that is due for reuse. Filter Options: Additional Options Exclude Retired Media Show Hidden Libraries Show Storage Policies Disabled for Backup Show Global Storage Policies Source Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Current Locations Libraries Storage Policy
Tracking Policies	Displays the list of media based on tracking policy. Filter Options: Additional Options Return to any Library Show Hidden Libraries Source Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Source Location Destination Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Destination Location Tracking Policies
History	Displays the list of media based on the Vault Tracker movement action history. Filter Options: Additional Options Return to any Library Show Hidden Libraries Aborted Completed Rolled Back Source Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Source Location Destination Location Type Libraries Export Locations Media Repositories Destination Location Tracking Policies

The table displays the following details for each media:

Column	Description
Bar Code	Can be a numeric or alphanumeric value assigned to media for identification.
Library	Name of the library in which the media is located and its associated tracking policy.
Tracking Policy	The name of the Vault Tracker policy.
Return Date	Date on which the media is due back.
Current Location	The current location of the media.
Destination	The destination location of the media.
Storage Policy	The storage policy associated with the media.
Storage Policy Copy	The storage policy copy associated with the media.
Side	If the failover job failed, this is the reason that the job failed.
Status	The current status of the media.
Last Read	The last read time on the media.
Last Write	The last write time on the media.
Total Data (GB)	The total data size on the media.
