You can disable aggregation for a Service CommCell to stop fetching data on the Activity, Dashboard, and Alerts pages.
Note
Disabling aggregation takes up to 5 minutes for the changes to take effect.
Procedure

From the Global Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Service CommCells.
The Service CommCells page appears.

In the row for the service CommCell that you want to stop fetching results for aggregation, click the action button
, and then select Disable aggregation. -
In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Yes.
