Disabling Data Collection for the Cloud Metrics Reporting Server

You can disable the data collection for the Cloud Metrics Reporting Server on the Command Center.

Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Global.
Click the Metrics reporting tile.

The Reports page appears.
Under Cloud metrics reporting, move the Cloud metrics reporting toggle key to the left.
To completely disconnect the CommCell computer from cloud metrics reporting, run the following qoperation exescript:
```
-sn SetKeyIntoGlobalParamTbl.sql -si
CommservSurveyMetricsServerUsedAsInternetGateway -si y -si 0
```

Data collection for the Cloud Metrics Reporting Server no longer runs.
