You can stop sending email notifications with PINs for two-factor authentication to users. This feature automatically prevents 2FA emails from being sent, so you no longer need to delete them manually. By default, the Commvault software sends an email notification with a PIN when two-factor authentication is enabled.
Note
After you disable the email notification with a PIN, users must use the PIN generated using the mobile app (such as Microsoft Authenticator app) to verify their user account.
