Disabling the IP Allowlist

When you configure the IP allowlist, by default, only the IP adresses that are allowed can access the Command Center. If you want to temporarily allow all IP addresses to access the Command Center, disable the IP allowlist.

Disabling the IP Allowlist at the CommCell Level

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell.

   The CommCell details page appears.

2. In the IP allowlist section, move the Enable toggle key to the left.

Disabling the IP Allowlist at the Company Level

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.

   The Companies page appears.

2. Click the company.

   The company details page appears.

3. In the IP allowlist section, move the Enable toggle key to the left.
