If you want to stop using a rate limiter policy, you must disable it at each configured level in the CommCell > company > user group hierarchy. If the policy remains enabled at any level in the hierarchy, it will continue to enforce according to that level’s rate limiter settings.
Note
You cannot delete a rate limiter policy.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to any of the following levels:

For the CommCell, go to Manage > CommCell.

For a company, go to Explore > Companies, click the company, and then go to the Overview tab.

For a user group, go to Manage > Account > Security > User groups, and then click the user group.

Go to the Rate limiter policies section and disable the policy.
Results

If the rate limiter policy is disabled at the CommCell level and remains enabled at the company level, the policy configured at the company level becomes effective.

If the rate limiter policy is disabled at the company level and remains enabled at the user group level, the policy configured at the user group becomes effective.
