Editing and Disabling an IP Allowlist at the Company Level

You can remove individual IP addresses from an IP allowlist, or you can disable the entire IP allowlist.

Removing Individual IP Addresses from an IP Allowlist

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, at the top of the page, click Manage All Accounts.

    The Command Center appears.

  2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.

    The Companies page appears.

  3. Click the company.

    The company page appears.

  4. On the Overview tab, in the IP allowlist section, click the Edit button edit button outline grey/gray pencil.

    The Edit IP allowlist dialog box appears.

  5. Click the Delete button delete button for the IP address or IP address range that you want to remove.

    The IP address or IP address range no longer appears in the Allowed IPs table.

  6. Click Save.

Disabling the Entire IP Allowlist at the Company Level

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, at the top of the page, click Manage All Accounts.

    The Command Center appears.

  2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.

    The Companies page appears.

  3. Click the company.

    The company page appears.

  4. On the Overview tab, in the IP allowlist section, move the Enable toggle key to the left.

Note

If you disable the entire IP allowlist, all IP addresses can access the Commvault MSP Portal.
