Editing User Security for a Project

If you want other Risk Analysis users to be able to view or to edit information in a project that you created, you can update the permissions on the project.

Before You Begin

  • The users and user groups must be able to access Risk Analysis.

  • Only the user who created the project has the ability to update the permissions.

Procedure

  1. From the Project dashboard, click the Configuration tab.

    The tab appears.

  2. Under Security, click the edit button edit_button.

    The Security dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the following information:

    1. Enter a user or user group.

    2. From the Permissions list, select one of the following:

      • View: Allows permission to view the dashboards and reports associated with the project and data sources.

      • Edit: Allows permission to edit the project, add data sources, and crawl the data from the project.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Save.
