The MSP administrators can enable the Bare Metal Recovery for laptops for the resellers and companies. When this option is enabled for a reseller, it is automatically enabled for all child companies under that reseller.
Before You Begin
For Commvault software, enable isLaptopPlusFeatureEnabled additional setting on the CommCell environment.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.

Perform one of the following:

To enable Bare Metal Recovery for a company, click Companies tab and then select the company name.

To enable Bare Metal Recovery for a reseller, click Resellers tab and then select the reseller name.

Click Overview tab.

Under General, move the Allow bare metal recovery for laptops toggle key to the right.
